  • Cancellations and revisions are allowed within 72 hours prior to stay date. Late cancellations, revisions, and no shows are subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s rate.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
  • Food and Beverage dining credits worth Php 1,000 are cumulative and must be consumed while in-house.
  • Meal credits may only be availed at any of the following: Poolside Bar, Finestra, Fresh, Red Lantern, Yakumi, or Waterside.
  • The full amount should be consumed in the guest’s chosen restaurant and cannot be split between outlets.
  • No change will be given for unused/remaining F&B meal credits and will be forfeited if not fully consumed.
  • Subject to table availability.

GAMING CREDITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
  • Gaming credits worth Php 1,000 will only be credited once per stay.
  • Gaming credits will be loaded upon presentation of the Confirmation Email at the Solaire Rewards Main Counter.
  • Guest must sign up as a member of Solaire Rewards Club to be able to redeem the gaming credits.
  • Existing members are still eligible to avail the gaming credits.
  • Redemption of gaming credits must be done during the dates of stay and will be forfeited if not redeemed within the allowed period.
