The Rooms
The exclusive and lavish Bayside Villas with a panoramic view of the Manila Bay are the finest of its kind.  The luxurious accommodation comes with 24-hour butler and chef services. All guestrooms and suites have natural sunlight with floor to ceiling glass windows, to get a glimpse of the city or bay view. Chef Wolfgang Fisher, director of the hotel’s culinary team takes the gastronomic standards of the country to a higher level.  To start-off, the signature restaurants are each paired with master chefs who personally designed and created an epicurean fare.  Solaire’s taste for the good life is highlighted by a wide selection of dining options, starting with Red Lantern the toast to traditional Chinese Cuisine, featuring an array of authentic Cantonese dishes with specialty Chinese teas and international wines with seating up to 240 persons, and 5 private rooms.
