It has come to our attention that the official brand name and logo of Solaire Resort (“Solaire”) is unlawfully being used in an Instagram advertisement for an alleged junket operation named “Casino Junket Online” in order to entice investors.

In relation therewith, the public is hereby fervently informed and warned that Solaire, its management, owners and operators are not in any way connected with the aforesaid Instagram advertisement and/or the owners, marketers and/or operators thereof, and that any reference and/or represented affiliation, implied or express, with the said advertisement, or with any similar schemes, and Solaire is completely false and is utterly illegal.

We have already reported the matter to the appropriate parties in order to put an end to the unauthorized and grossly misleading use of our registered name and mark.

Given the absence of any association between the said Instagram ad and the owners, marketers and/or operators thereof with Solaire, the public is hereby advised and forewarned that Solaire will not be responsible for any damages, losses or injuries that may result from any and all transactions made relating to or connected with said “Casino Junket Online” and/or its owners, marketers and/or operators.

Lastly, please be informed that Solaire only has one (1) official Facebook account,  https://www.facebook.com/SolaireResort and one (1) official Instagram account, https://www.instagram.com/solaireresort/. Should you encounter any online associations with Solaire other than those posted in our aforesaid official websites, Facebook and Instagram accounts, kindly immediately report the same to [email protected].
