At the helm of our culinary voyage is Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni. With a Michelin-starred career that has taken him from the heart of Italy to the vibrant culinary scenes of London, New York, and Hong Kong, Chef Spagoni brings a touch of personal, intuitive, and inspired gastronomy to Finestra.
His culinary philosophy is as diverse as his career, and his approach to food marries authenticity with innovation. Earning his first Michelin Star at Ristorante Pier Bussetti in Italy in 2010, he has since collected accolades at Beefbar in Hong Kong, earning Michelin Stars from 2017 to 2022.
